my ideal weight is the weight of me holding eight puppies
Week 4 of the couch to 5K program is currently killing me! My poor legs ache like i’ve never felt before :(
But there is a total joy in seeing progress each week, yaaaaay!
If anyone is hesitant about this program, don’t be, it’s awesomeeee.
